IBM Microdrive Coming to the Gamecube

IBM has decided to bring their Microdrive from the PC over to the Gamecube.  The Microdrive will probably be used as an extra memory expansion.  As you can see below the unit will fit snuggly in the high speed port on the underside of the Gamecube.
